Challenge
The founding team came to us with a sharp idea and no product yet: Product Managers had no single place to see the real-time health of their projects, design activities and team workload - everything lived scattered across Figma, Jira, Slack and spreadsheets. They needed a partner who could help build a platform from zero, fast enough to demonstrate to investors within months.
How we partnered
We joined as a technical partner, consulting on architecture and working alongside the founding team to build the product end-to-end - UI, infrastructure and APIs - including project and repository management, a reporting dashboard for design and delivery health, and native integrations with Figma, Jira, Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. Onboarding and subscription billing were wired up with Stripe from day one.
